FREE Sports SOLUTIONS Screenings
Pain & Movement Solutions provides 2 free Sports SOLUTIONS screenings to all varsity Belle Fourche high school athletic teams. Athletes that are screened are then provided with 2 free visits that can be used at any time during the sporting season.
- Athletes WIN: receive immediate professional assessment on current risk for injury and suggestions provided for immediate home-care.
- Parents WIN: free visits to decrease financial burden of keeping your athlete healthy and at optimal performance.
- Coaches WIN: provided with suggestions for future injury prevention and able to keep athletes healthy and on the court.

Free ergonomic assessments to businesses in our community to ensure health effective work stations and prevention of injuries. We are here to help workers recover from injuries, but also teach them new techniques that can help workers stay safe, productive and healthy on the job and at home.

Fall SOLUTIONS
Our local physical therapy group teams up with other healthcare professionals in the area on the first day of fall to celebrate National Fall Awareness and Prevention Day to provide a free multi-factorial fall risk assessment to community members to help keep everyone safer at home.
If you or your loved one have concerns about falling, you will not want to miss this free screening opportunity.

Supporting Local Races & Sporting Events
Pain & Movement Solutions sponsors the Belle Fourche Rec Center’s Fearless 5K every year, offers free treatments at local Wellness Fairs and participates in many other local events.
Community Education
We are life-long learners at Pain & Movement Solutions and enjoy sharing our education with those during all stages of life, from elementary students to doctoral students, and throughout various community education opportunities. We want to help everyone live the healthy life they deserve.
Leadership Belle Fourche
We have Leadership Belle Fourche graduates. Leadership Belle Fourche works to develop and empower leaders through enhancing leadership skills, broadening community awareness, facilitating diversity and awareness, promoting teamwork and people skills and building at the core of Belle Fourche.

The American Heart Association (AHA) is near and dear to our hearts as many of our staff have been affected by heart disease in way or another. We join the mission of the AHA to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
Educating PTs Abroad
We have various affiliations with service work abroad. Our providers have spent time in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic working in the hospital neuro units, outpatient clinics and wheelchair distributions.
Free Treatment Day
Pain & Movement Solutions holds their bi-annual Free Treatment Day as a way for individuals to learn physical therapy (PT) can help them with their pain or movement problem. Unfortunately, most individuals think that you must be recovering from a major injury or surgery to come to PT. This large misconception is preventing so many people from getting the effective care they deserve and need.
Our goal for the day is provide you with the expertise and solutions to determine the best methods to help you live your best life.
